Set how many of each piece you have ready to sell. Every sale counts down automatically, and at 0 the piece shows Sold out with a Notify me button. Leave a box empty to not track that piece — it stays available.

Changes are live as soon as you save — no Publish needed. “Notify me” sign-ups are emailed to the shop like contact messages, and listed in Netlify under Forms → notify-me. New pieces show up here a minute after you publish them in Products.
